Product History
The Product was developed in 2017 by Thosim Group to provide a private and secured High Speed Multi Site Interconnection and Communication interface. Allows a Remote Support mobile connectivity for IT and Industrial Automation Engineers. The Product consists of a Remote Site Client Interface Kit with Desktop, Mobile Client Support and Central Site Client Interface. The system is customised to form a group cluster with Multi Client Sites communicating within a Private Area Network. The network connectivity is authenticated by the Client's Domain Controller and firewalls whilst the network is monitored in realtime from a central point. This does not end with connectivity but it allows the Remote Support Engineers to connnect and provide a crucial Remote Support service. The product consists of the following but not limited to the following services i.e.
- Secure and Private Remote Site Connection to any equipment on site
- Remote Site Software and Firmware Update to equipment
- Software backup Plan for disaster Recovery Support
Machine to Machine Communication and Private Area Network Monitoring to name the few.
